Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the goods within 30 days after receiving the goods. Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our sale page are not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@anyluv.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of postage for returning the goods shall be borne by ANYLUV under the following conditions:
- The glasses were damaged.
- You received different glasses than you ordered.
The right to return the goods + postage must be best proved with photos and proof of purchase at www.anyluv.com, which you received by e-mail/phone number.
Please note:
What if the package was not damaged, the glasses were not destroyed and you received the goods in 100% condition, but you decided to return it for other reasons (for example, you do not like it) The right to reimbursement of postage expires! In this case, we will be happy to help you choose other glasses and add a special discount code for the next order.
TRACKING INFORMATION
It will take 24 hours to update the tracking number once you have received the automated tracking email. if there still no status after 24 hours, please contact us email at service@anyluv.com and we will update or determine the status of your package.
Please allow 24 hours from the time of delivery for your tracking to update. USPS can occasionally mark a package delivered before it actually arrives, and can sometimes arrive 1-2 days later.
WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address here's what can be done:
If you placed your order within that last 12 hours, email us at service@anyluv.com. We will try to help you make it right. Please include your CORRECT address so that we can update it as quickly as possible.
If you already received your tracking information, please contact the shipping company that currently has your package in order to attempt an address change. Once the package has left our facility we have NO way of changing this address and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We try to process orders very quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order we can no longer make changes to or cancel your order.
We do not have the ability to add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new order with the items you want to purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
